Casa Mallorca is conceived as a calm Mediterranean retreat, where architecture opens itself to sea light and long horizontal views. Warm limestone, pale timber and generous glazing connect kitchen, bathroom and terrace in one continuous material language.

The design favors clean volumes, soft shadows and precise alignments, allowing the landscape to become part of daily life. Details are reduced but tactile: brushed metal, stone surfaces and quiet water elements add depth without competing with the architecture. The result feels open, warm and measured, rooted in coastal living and contemporary residential comfort for relaxed everyday use, from morning to evening daily.
