Mediterranean residence
Casa Seca explores a drier, more mineral expression of Mediterranean living, defined by mass, shade and a disciplined use of light. The architecture is composed through thick surfaces, filtered openings and a restrained palette of stone, plaster and brushed metal.
Rooms feel grounded and protected, with transitions designed around silence, texture and temperature. Water elements appear as precise functional details, softening the warm atmosphere without interrupting the house's clean geometry. The project balances durability with calm domesticity, creating an interior that feels elemental, refined and deeply connected to its dry landscape and everyday private rituals over time with natural ease.

Private residence
The project uses a restrained palette and precise water controls to create a bathroom and living environment that feels composed, functional and long-lasting. The faucet specification supports a dry, warm architectural setting without adding visual noise.
